WORK EXPERIENCE
1 From Feb’12 till date _ Mphasis
 Working with Mphasis under a profile of Team lead under Capital Market Domain.
 Working with Client name Linscon & Private Ledger (LPL), handling a team of 40
staff.
 Currently handling a team dealing with all retail Cash disbursements via ACH, WIRES,
and Checks etc
 Comfortable in working Cross Cultural Environment.
 Responsible for answering client inquires (general support, some technical and
general business analysis).
 Two Assistant Unit Managers reporting to me.
 Taking care of PCI Audit.
 Have migrated 4 queues successfully.
 Responsible for improvement of Customer Service experience, SLA.
 Continuously monitoring the history of Clients Transactions Processed to ensure there
is no fraud Processing.
 Monitoring Client requests which have request for Contribution or Distribution
Processing and to ensure there is no SLA miss.
 Providing Client hourly feedback of the volumes or any system issue received so that
they are well informed if there is any SLA miss.
 Ensuring SOP is updated & gets it signed off from Client end at regular interval with
necessary changes done.
 To manage the day–to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team to meet
the required service level components and standards.
 Taking monthly Team Meetings & One-O-One meetings & given proper feedback and
also assigning task for the following month.
 Conducting performance appraisal for the team.
 Conducting training Programs for the employees which will help them to groom for
next level.
 Work Allocation, Leading, managing & monitoring the performance of team members
to ensure efficiency & meeting of individual & group targets.
 Determining training needs for Team Members & conduction suitable training
programs to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity.
 Preparation of Monthly MIS report & presenting it to Operations Manager & SDL.
 Timey updating Operation Manager with IDEAS for process improvements.
 Managing operations related Activities – Attrition management, Technology
management, Leave management, Transport management etc.
 Have knowledge of Derivative & Corporate Actions.

 Awarded as the Best Team Manager for the quarter in June’13.
 Awarded as the Best Manager for Recognizing Excellence by SVP of the Company in

2 From May’11 till Feb’12_ Syntel
 SSSPL – is a J.V. of State Street Bank and Trust company with Syntel.
 Worked with SSSPL (State Street Syntel Pvt. Ltd). Under a profile of Sr. Associate in
Project Aeries for Middle Office IB Operations.
 Successfully transitioned Middle Office Operations for Reconciliations.
 Received an appreciation from AVP of Client Service Team for effective management
and dedication.
 Worked for Processing of Babson Cash & Stock Flow (Reconciliation Process), which
required maintenance of Client Cash balance so that they can invest accordingly.
 Worked on Data Management Process, handles Pricing & Security set up.
 Also handled Reconciliation part for the same which includes Cash, Trade, and
Corporate Action & Derivative Reconciliation & worked on PLM.
 Major work involves capturing the events on System Confirming the event with client
& on shore team & then processing the event in a timely manner.

3 From June’08 till April’11.
 I was a part of Global Transaction Processing team, under which I was part of Trade &
Settlement team.
 Worked as a back -up Team lead under Global Transaction Processing under IB
Operations; handled team of 8 staff where I was responsible for improvement of
Customer Service experience, SLAs & operations Management and Team Training.
 Booking the trade instructions sent by client & taking care for there Settlement for
different markets like DTC, GERMANY, EUROCLEAR, RUSSIA etc.
 Also ensuring that trade settled on time & if not communicating the same to
Investment Manager & requesting for new amended fax so that no delays are incurred
minimizing the risk of Financial claim.
 Analyzing of faxes (fund name, signature, currency), investment manager’s name,
trade details ( buy/ sell/ trade date/ settlement date/ settlement currency and
location) & forwarding it to various processing team( Trade, Cash, Corporate Action
etc ) so that they can book the trade or release the payments. Also included analyzing
receipts & payments of different currencies like EURO, CAD, JPY, GBP & USD .
 Conducting compliance checks & writing e-mails to client & taking confirmation from
them or approach them for queries and also reconciliation of data with Client.
 Working with Applications like MCH (Multi Currency Horizon), GIMS (Global Inquiry
Management System).
 Dealing with MT 202/103/210/300/940/950.
 It involved dealing with Capital Market and various securities like Corporate Actions,
Derivatives, Swaps, Swifts, Trade and cash.
 Having exposure to FX, Derivatives, and Bonds.
