- Channel Management
To manage the distribution network for the assigned territory.
- Target Achievement
To be responsible for achieving the primary and secondary sales targets.

To manage a team of SSMs.

To collate, analyze and report the data required on periodic basis.

To periodically process the claims for the distribution network in the assigned territory

     Ensuring 100% distribution of the Products
     Monitoring age of stocks at Distributor and retail level
     Tapping unexplored outlets

     Setting sales target and ensure product availability at MF stores and retail level
     Coordinating with distributors relating sales and inventory management
     Conduct retail census to update retail coverage

Promotional Activities:
     Implement BTL activities and monitoring their Effectiveness
     Selecting outlets and operating WHS and monitoring their effectiveness
     Merchandising and effective utilization of POP materials
     Encouraging distributors to participate in Local Festival Melas for effective contact with
        consumers
Market Hygiene:
     Ensure Minimum Product complaint by efficient monitoring of retail and distributors
     Ensure timely settlement of PCF at retail level
     Ensure prompt attendance of consumer complaints
Training:
     Impart training and develop skills of distributor sales men


Notable Achievements:
1.Products handling include: Dairy,Ice Cream,Beverages & Chocolates. I am responsible for
Secondary and Primary sales of respective territories.
