Ingredients
– 1 (15 ounce) can of pumpkin
– 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese

– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 eggs
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup of Bisquick mix
– 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
1. Lightly grease a 9" pie plate and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients on high until well blended.
3. Pour the mixture into the pie plate and bake for 45 minutes.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until completely cool. Serve and enjoy!

Perceived Flavor
For our psychology project, we chose to study the effect of color on perceived flavor. Our
hypothesis stated that we would see a noticeable amount of people to say that the perceived flavor of
our experimental food would be different for each differently colored piece of jello. Similar to that,
we predicted that the perceived taste would be one commonly associated with color.Examples:
yellow is banana, blue is blueberry and red is cherry.

Within our experiment, we did have some possible errors. The Jellos did not have consistent texture
across all of them, due to the way they were made. Along with that, though they had the same
general taste, the level of sweetness varied slightly as well, also due to the way they were made. In
order to have more conclusive results, if we were to do the experiment again, we would most likely
use a generic fruit flavor instead of sweetened condensed milk and also try to make sure we kept the
way we made the Jello consistent. We think one of the reasons our experiment was inconclusive,
even though there are numerous cases where we've seen color affect flavoring, is because we chose
a flavor without any fruit basis. Froot Loop flavoring is "a mixed fruit flavoring medley" whereas
ours was just sweet and to some, easily identifiable as sweetened condensed
