His definition of culture is "the collective programming of the mind distinguishing the members of one group or category of people from others"
(Hofstede, 2001). These are his six dimensions and how they are relative to leadership. The first dimension is called the Power Distance Index (PDI).
This dimension states that the people with less power in the society accept that power and influence is distributed unequally. The lower power
members of society want equalization of distribution of power and demand justification. It is imperative for leaders in a global business
environment not to be a high power distance leader or a low power distance leader. There needs to be a balance between the two, because you may

Both these question can be answered on the same page. A number of aspects of the universe can be understood only in the light of more recent
unifications theories. To understand the GUT era or Grand Unification Theory era we need to know that it occurred when the universe was subject
to the force of gravity and GUT force. The GUT force "predicts that the strong force becomes unified with the weak and electromagnetic forces at
energies above 10^14 GeV." The Grand Unified Theory states that for the three forces to merge together, the temperature of the universe has to be
greater than 10^32 K. The GUT era lasted until the temperature of the universe dropped to about 10^29 K. at this point the GUT forces separated into
electromagnetic and strong forces. This temperature was reached when the universe was at the young age of about 10^–36 of a second. This sudden
cooling caused something called inflation. Inflation was a rapid and sudden expansion of the universe. Basically the unified theories state that the four
forces, strong, electromagnetic, weak, and gravitational will merge at extremely high temperatures. Although we have a few assumptions about the

The fourth dimension is impossible for us humans to picture in our minds, and some may doubt that it even exists or wonder what it is. It is possible
to prove that the fourth dimension exists, and I am going to try to explain it by using geometry, though it will still be hard to picture it in your mind.

of the most famous and most used studies on how culture relates to values. Hofstede study enabled him to compare dimensions of culture across 40

Where I personally am at in the physical dimension is on the lower end for flexibility and cardiorespiratory, but around average for the muscular
strength and endurance. I am a bit overweight and have been for the most recent years of my life due to lack of motivation to work to and keep off the
weight. As of late, my dietary habits have been atrocious, but I hope to change that. One great thing about my physical dimension of wellness though is

3.LITERATURE REVIEW
In the first part, my paper will show some background of nationality which would have an impact on management. According to Geert Hofstede
(1983), there are three important areas included in nationality, which are political, sociological and psychological aspects. First, political aspect can be
different in each country. Second, sociological aspect can be understood by the way people think about their values–base of belonging to one nation or
region. Therefore, each person need to be circumspect when they work with foreigners to avoid misunderstanding about their identification, otherwise,
that would trigger conflict between them. Third, psychological aspect refers to the way people think, which was affected by their early life experience
in their family and later education experience. Thus, our experience become" mentally programmed". According to Hofstede (1983) the definition of
culture is "collective mental programming". In that program, people in the same nation or region will share their experience, understanding to other,
but they would not share these things to people of the other region or nation. Warner (1996) also suggested that member of nation or region or group
will share similar culture, and through that culture, standards, and perspective were made, thus, they shape the behavior of a person or a group.

microcultures exist within the macroculture of the nation, yet possess distinct attributes such as: codes of conduct, customs, etiquette, hierarchies,

Christians have a hard time abstaining from a judgemental mindset, but that is not always the case. Non–believers have a tendency to show their
judgemental side by just saying that "Christians are always judging me." whenever a Christian may approach a certain non–believer. This is one of the
reasons that Christians are considered flat characters rather to the approach of flat characters becoming round. Christians are perceived as one
dimensional and hypocritical but in all honesty Christians are striving to become a picture of Jesus Christ.
The biggest aspect of a flat Christian character is when a person doesn't see the change in a person's life when they claim Christ. This makes that
person one–dimensional. The reason they would be one–dimensional is that Christian has no spiritual development in their life. This makes them truly
flat. The biggest comparison is between Old Man Warner in Shirley Jackson story The Lottery. Old Man Warner is a flat character, he is stuck in the
past. Knowing that Warner is like most christians in today's world. Christians claim they have Christ but are too busy living in their sinful past that
