3. This section will show you how
bread is actually made from start
to finish.
Below are the three different
stages: The Farm, The
Mill and The Bakery.
5. THE MILL
Next is the Mill. This
will show how the wheat
grain is processed to
make flour. The wheat
grain passes through
many processes, it is a
complicated series of
breaking, sifting and
rolling which allows the
miller to achieve the
colour and type of flour
he needs.
6. THE
BAKERY
Lastly there is the
Bakery where the
bread is made,
baked and
packaged! A
Baker's day starts
very early so
you'd better
hurry!

10. 3 CUPS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- MAIDA
• How Maida is made?
In wheat there are two parts, the outside shell part is eatable and the inside one is not. The inside part does not contain
any fibre too. This part grinded and bleach with benzoic peroxide to form a white powder. This one again mixed with
Alloxen (chemical) to form Maida. Because of this process Maida is very soft, it has already gone through the dangerous
chemical processing.
1 CUP OF WARM WATER
2 TEASPOON DRY ACTIVE YEAST
• It is not known when yeast was first used to bake bread; the earliest definite records come from Ancient Egypt.
Researchers speculate that a mixture of flour meal and water was left longer than usual on a warm day and the yeasts that
occur in natural contaminants of the flour caused it to ferment before baking.
