The Pathway2Work Supporting Families in Walsall initiative offers a
FREE service for families,with the help of our dedicated key workers who
specialise in one-to-one coaching,training and mentoring.
We hope that the regular support we provide

Develop employability skills •

Manage health conditions •

The key worker works closely with families,to develop a step-by-step action plan based on their current
situation to achieve any goals and progression opportunities.This action plan is reviewed through
regular visits to assess progress,ultimately helping the clients achieve a positive outcome – be it
employment,knowledge or increased independence and self-reliance.
Key workers offer clients ongoing individualised
support for up to a year. This includes support
for family members once they have found
employment – in order to achieve their
career progression goals.
The aim of our confidential service is to
offer a helping hand to families in Walsall,
who might be facing difficult times or barriers to
skills and employment.
