We begin with: ~ A business evaluation and due diligence process to identify who you are and where you have been,   ~ Identify a clear understanding of your business and your market so we can better prepare and create your future,  ~ Establish a culture, define who you are and how you are going to conduct yourself in the day-to-day business that will shape a solid foundation and will continue to be fortified as together we infuse it into every aspect of your business,  ~ Develop a thorough business plan with department specific strategies, and ~ Facilitate and oversee the implementation process in order to execute the business plan in a logical, sequential fashion to achieve the desired outcome
Results Where most businesses fail is in the execution of their plans.  That is why we strongly recommend the retained services component to assist with the implementation.  I have produced tremendous results with this approach returning the clubs investment in my services on in a very reasonable amount of time.  I work closely with the club’s Board of Directors, managers, employees and members to develop a plan that provides coaching, equipping and developing your team to set-up an effective implementation strategy.  Provide unparalleled coaching and leadership, including weekly interaction with key staff and Executive Board.  Fokus Forward will provide resources, expectations and accountabiities to insure our progress and execution of our game plan.
