Supervised 20 superintendents in active adult community, moving into different community with 10
supervisors. Implemented training programs for internal and external team members on skills and
processes. Through downturn in real estate industry, position was eliminated and transitioned to role of
one of two superintendents, maintaining many of the same responsibilities with new title.

Drove top-performing adult division in buyer satisfaction, cost controls, construction schedules,
