organization. Focusing on internal

Allen Fredericks, who joined

of Engineering of a 1.1 million
square foot LEED Gold Certified
building in NYC.
Jeremey Bressler
Vice President, Janitorial Operations
Manages all day to day
operations for all of Guardian’s
Janitorial matrons and porters.
In addition to the field
associates, he oversees a group
of Executive Directors and a
team of Regional Operations
Managers who are directly
accountable for client
satisfaction, retention and
account supervision.

sales strategies and tactics to

and Facility Management
industry (7 of which with multi-

Jonathan utilizes a disciplined,
structured approach to
execution of account planning,

Charles LoBosco joined Guardian in
2013 and provides senior level
leadership in developing cost
effective security service programs
throughout Connecticut,
Westchester and New York City.
Charles, an industry veteran with
+29 years’ experience as a facility
services executive brings a wealth
of knowledge, leadership and
expertise to Guardian. In addition
to providing senior level leadership,
Charles also oversees Guardian’s
Security Services division, inclusive
of pricing, staffing, financial analysis
