Needs of the first gen student We provide opportunities for groups of students that might not have had access to development opportunities. We provide opportunities for mentorship, leadership, volunteerism, and increase competencies in the realms of personal and career development. Who are the peers? Demographics Qualifications- 2.8, grad v. undergrad, recommendations, being part of family Their expectations of us and vice versa
