3. The first day we left at 2.30 p.m. from
Cremona.
We went to Piacenza by bus and then we took
the train at 3.45 p.m. to Rome.
The trip took about 6 hours. We arrived at
Tiburtina Station at 9.30 p.m.
Then we took the subway and we arrived at
the hotel near S.Giovanni in Laterano.
15. Early in the morning of the third day it rained so
we could not go to campus, because there was a
lot of mud there and we couldn’t do anything…
so we VISITED THE CITY
The Colosseum, Fori Romani, Traian’s Column,
Altare della Patria, Ara Pacis Augustae, Quirinale,
Trevi’s Fountain, Circo Massimo…
Rome is FANTASTIC !!

19. In the afternoon we visited Trastevere, a
district situated on the other side of Tevere.

21. The last day we woke up really early (at 6.30
a.m.) and we packed up our bags and at 7,30
we took the subway to Piazza San Pietro:
we participated at the Youth’s Jubilee from 8
to 11,30 a.m.
22. After lunch we visited the amazing San
Pietro’s Cathedral.
23. Finally we left from Tiburtina train station at
3.30 p.m. and we arrived home at 10.30 p.m.
