Publix can utilize social media as a means to develop their
brand relationship by following 6 suggested tips for marketing
via social media…according to a blog these tactics are useful
information to help consumers locate your goods and services
online. Publix should create a social media page because 90% of
business owners truly believe social media plays a big role in
marketing and about 95% are using Facebook and publish
dynamic content by providing information to your customers
about the products and services you provide by providing this
piece of information to your customers about the products and
services you provide by providing this piece of information
customers are more than likely to spread the news via word or
mouth (N.A. , 2013). Also, take a lot of photos of your products
to help create exposure, optimize for local search meaning make
yourself (company) accessible on local business directories and
on google, and finally go mobile by publishing a mobile version
on your company because if someone is unfamiliar of their
surrounding they will not know if their close to your business
(N.A., 2013). The mobile app will allow customers to create
shopping lists, come up with meals to cook and save money
(N.A., Publix, 2017).
According to the textbook, companies can be
extremely successful on social media by offering customers a
forum for exchange of likes and dislikes, codes of behavior,
development of congenial and stimulating dialogues leading to
friendship based on trust, and encouragement for current
participating by more than an exclusive few (Winer & Dhar,
2011). Social media is playing a major role in Publix because
they currently have the following social media sites: Facebook,
Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest resulting in them
being able to manage their brand (N.A., Publix, 2017).
Some people believe social media is simply like speed dating
because every second and hour you are trying to form a
relationship with your customer (N.A., Convince & Convert,
N.A). The bottom line is that you are going to get customers
who like you product and services and then you are going to get
those who are going to cause you more problems.
Respond111
In this discussion I will be writing about how can Publix use
social media to assist in the development of
brand relationships. Not only for Publix Grocery Stores, but for
most of the business social media has become one of the
main tool to promote their business, products, and
services. Social media can also help the organizations to
provide information to citizens, interact, interaction among
citizens, and monitor data and information exchange (Matti
Haataja, Anne Laajalahti, Jenni Hyvarihen, Incentives and
Barriers, 2009).
Publix can use social media to promotes their products,
compare prices with their competitors, post coupons, sales, and
new products. they can also use social media to post news about
their business to keep their loyal customers inform about
anything that is happening with the business, including
job positions, or community activities.
Research has found that similar to human relationships,
people find comfort and satisfaction in their relationships with
brands to which they are loyal. A strong feeling towards a brand
can be manifested in surprising ways. An article in Fortune
magazine highlighted a number of people who exhibit extreme
passion toward different brands. Retailers such as supermarkets,
grocery stores, and discount stores can choose from five
different types of brands to sell. National brands, regional
brands, value brands, private labels, and generics (Winer &
Dhar, 2016, P. 192-193).

Arwa,
Good work finding 5 intervention articles on a signle subject.
Several of the articles include participants that are students,
which is fine. Just remember, when you write the introduction
and the discussion portion (especially the recommendations to
practitioners) you want to focus on using BST to train other
adults working with students, rather than the students
themselves.

Graduate Research Synthesis
For this assignment you will need to find five primary research
articles on a topic related to collaboration with professionals in
schools (i.e., pyramidal training, Behavioral Skills Training,
bug-in-ear coaching, performance feedback). These articles
must be printed in a peer-reviewed journal and use a single-
subject design. You cannot use group design work or qualitative
work. You cannot use practitioner papers, policy papers, or
literature reviews. You will write a research synthesis
introducing the topic, analyzing the research, and discussing the
findings. The paper will be evaluated using the following
rubric:
Evaluation Rubric for Graduate Student Research Synthesis
Section
Description
Points Possible
Points Earned
Introduction
The paper includes a thorough (2–3 page) introduction defining
the topic, providing a rationale for why topic is important to
examine, and outlining 2–3 questions you want to address in the
paper. This should include 3 additional references from peer-
reviewed journals.
10
Article Analysis
Each of the five research articles has its own paragraph that
provides:
· A thorough description of the methods of the study (e.g.,
single subject design, how many participants, dependent
variable…etc.).
· A summary of the authors results and discussion (i.e., what
did the researchers find and what did they conclude about it).
· A statement about whether you think the study was done well
with a justification and whether you agree that the findings
support the conclusions with a justification.
25
Discussion
The paper includes a thorough (2–3 page) discussion including
the 2–3 most important things that you conclude from the group
of articles together, 2–3 recommendations for practitioners, 2–3
recommendations for future research on this topic, and a
conclusion.

Journal of applied behavior analysis, 43(2), 341- 345. The effectiveness of behavioral skills training and self- recording were examined on staff posture and guarding and the distance that students ambulated. The investigation involved 3 staff members and 3 students with physical disabilities. 3) Miles, N. I., & Wilder, D. A. (2009). The effects of behavioral skills training on caregiver implementation of guided compliance. Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, 42(2), 405- 410. The purpose of the author in this article was to evaluate the effect of a behavioral skills training package to rise correct implementation of guided compliance. The participants were consisted of 3 children’ caregivers who displayed noncompliance. 4) Gunby, K. V., Carr, J. E., & LeBlanc, L. A. (2010). Teaching abduction‐prevention skills to children with autism. Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, 43(1), 107-112. According to this study, abduction-prevention skills to children with autism were taught to 3 males who was diagnosed with autism using behavioral skills training.

Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, 37(4), 513-516. Using behavioral skills training, the researchers taught safety skills for 8 children. From those 8, 4 were males and 2 were females. A multiple baseline design was employed. References Gunby, K. V., Carr, J. E., & LeBlanc, L. A. (2010). Teaching abduction‐prevention skills to children with autism. Graduate Research Synthesis For this assignment you will need to find five primary research articles on a topic related to collaboration with professionals in schools (i.e., pyramidal training, Behavioral Skills Training, bug-in-ear coaching, performance feedback). These articles must be printed in a peer-reviewed journal and use a single- subject design. You cannot use group design work or qualitative work. You cannot use practitioner papers, policy papers, or literature reviews. You will write a research synthesis introducing the topic, analyzing the research, and discussing the findings. The paper will be evaluated using the following rubric: Evaluation Rubric for Graduate Student Research Synthesis Section Description Points Possible Points Earned Introduction The paper includes a thorough (2–3 page) introduction defining the topic, providing a rationale for why topic is important to examine, and outlining 2–3 questions you want to address in the paper. This should include 3 additional references from peer- reviewed journals. 10 Article Analysis Each of the five research articles has its own paragraph that provides:
  • 7. · A thorough description of the methods of the study (e.g., single subject design, how many participants, dependent variable…etc.). · A summary of the authors results and discussion (i.e., what did the researchers find and what did they conclude about it). · A statement about whether you think the study was done well with a justification and whether you agree that the findings support the conclusions with a justification. 25 Discussion The paper includes a thorough (2–3 page) discussion including the 2–3 most important things that you conclude from the group of articles together, 2–3 recommendations for practitioners, 2–3 recommendations for future research on this topic, and a conclusion. 10 APA formatting Text, heading, and references all provided in APA formatting 5 Annotated Bibliography Three points will be deducted for not turning in an annotated bibliography with the full citations and a one sentence description for each of the 5 research articles. –3 – Spelling and grammar Up to two points will be deducted for repeated spelling or grammar errors. –2 – TOTAL /50
