Description:
Many supervisors and managers delay giving employees feedback because
they don't know how to successfully resolve defensiveness and other negative
reactions, including blame, excuses, and complaints when they occur.
This allows unproductive employee work behaviors such as spreading negative
gossip, surfing the internet instead of working, arriving late for work, or not
following procedures to continue and worsen.
This webinar delivers skills to give employees feedback the way they want to be
given it so they're much more likely to cooperate and improve their performance. It
also includes two skills to successfully resolve defensiveness, and the issues behind
it, and how to give positive feedback effectively.
As a result, both manager and employee performance improves; issues are resolved;
more time is spent completing tasks instead of arguing; and jobs become easier.
