Editor's Notes

  1. Discuss agency expectations if necessary.
  2. Discuss the importance of being able to follow up with them
  3. Complete any paperwork you haven't yet completed with the learners.
  4. These expectations come from milestone 60 which you will be administering at the end of the last session.
  5. Review the plan with the learners.  Make sure they understand what is on the plan and also make sure the plan is signed.
  6. Note: This can be done as a group discussion.
  7. When you know what you need to do, you waste less time. Instead of wondering what you should be doing next, you will know what your next activity is. Less wasted time means more leisure time. You will have more time to do things that really matter to you. Discuss as a group what you would do with more free time?
  8. If you are organized you won’t make as many mistakes. You won’t forget to do things or forget steps.  Because you aren’t wasting time, you will be able to do more.
  9. Just like being more organized, managing your time helps you reduce stress. You won’t be running from task to task. You won’t miss deadlines.
