MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR / PLATOON SERGEANT
Serve as the Technical Maintenance Officer, accountable for managing a multi-functional Air Defense
Brigade maintenance program consisting of four Battalions and the
Headquarters Company; supervise development and preparation of operations information and related
data to ensure proper logistical support and technical assistance. Serve as the Platoon Sergeant in
Maintenance Company in support of an Air Defense Artillery Battalion.
OPERATIONAL PLANNING: Maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance
schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts;
supervising staff and promote a professional work environment that adhered to Sexual Assault
Prevention and response guidelines; coordinate monthly training for all Platoons.

OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT: Advise staff and commander on matters of maintenance and material

equipment and supplies while conducting training, especially power tools and petroleum oils and
lubrications; Confirms environmental protection program compliance, including spill prevention and
contingency plans, through consultation with HG Execution or Environmental Officer; performs

brigade over $110K in repair costs.

Optically Tracked, Wire-Guided (TOW), Dragon, Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS), Bradley
Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS), TOW Field Test Set (TFTS), Javelin, Multiple Launch Rocket System
(MLRS), High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), Avenger, Surface-Launched Advanced Medium

coordinated calibration and maintenance of associated missile systems test measurement diagnostic
