Operations Manager / Department Lead
Supervises, installs, maintains and troubleshoots Signal Support Systems and Terminal Devices, to include radio, wire and
battlefield automated systems.

Helpdesk Support / Radio Team Member
Manages all radio, antenna, and Command Post Platform (CPP) equipment. Assists with monthly sensitive item inventories of all
tactical team equipment.
Created and developed the Command Post Platform training SOP for field operations which resulted in faster
communication setup for mission success
Provided radio communications for all Brigade field exercises using the CPP Trucks as the hub base and the setup of
the Crew Access Units (CAU) within the Tactical Operations Center
Provided assistance to other unit sections; assisted as a helpdesk clerk by creating and maintaining access accounts,
reimaging and networked computers
Tested and fixed personal computers by patching expired computers; provided maintenance and Internet access by
setting up NIPR (Non Secure Internet Router) and SIPR (Secure Internet Protocol Router) cabling throughout the
entire Operations Center setup while deployed
Assisted training on other signal soldiers on various radio equipment such as the Harris AN/PRC 117 and AN/PRC
