ADP – SENIOR MARKETING DIRECTOR
ADP is the largest payroll processor that also offers a full suite of human resource management
solutions.
As ADP’s corporate marketing executive, I design and execute the company’s B2B digital marketing
and lead generation strategy. I work with directly with Google and our agency partners to craft the
business units’ power messaging and optimize it for SEO, content marketing, SEM, paid and organic
social media, display, re-marketing, and mobile.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Managed a $20M SEM and Paid Social budget and drove a 40% increase in lead volume
and 20% reduction in cost-per-lead year-over-year.
• 25% improvement in click-through rates and 30% improvement in conversion rates through
landing page optimization, tighter campaign and keyword management, and balance of

I led a team of over 60 SEO and SEM specialists focusing on internet marketing efforts supporting a

business partners. I supervised all sales, marketing, customer service and strategic planning activities.

SEO: Hands-on responsibility for numerous SEO campaigns for both B2B and B2C websites. In-
depth understanding of keyword research, on-page and off-page strategies, effective titles and meta
descriptions, alt tags, on-site linking, off-site link building, mobile, tablet and social strategies. Set
KPIs for campaigns and create dashboards and executive reports to track key performance and
ranking metrics using tools including: Moz, Google Analytics, Conductor, SEM Rush, Data Studio,
Omniture and Eloqua.
