the team of company X was really disappointed after beingdefeated. The management board decided to elaborate a new strategy to stimulate the team in order to win the competition the next year.
After a deep investigation, the company X found out that the japanese team had 7 rowers and one captain!
However, the company X team had only one rower and 7 captains!
The Company X president had a bright idea and proposed to hire immediately a society of professional consultants in order to analyse the structure of the X team.
After 2 months of hard labour, the expertsconcluded that the company X team had manycaptains and very few rowers and that theyhave to change the structure. With regularperformance and good training, Company Xteam must win the competition!
Here is the plan: the team would be composed of 4captains, two supervisors, one leader and one rower. Newmeasures would be adopted in order to prompt the “lonely” rower and give him more responsibilities.
