Our team decided to compete the team from other country. It was decided that it will be 8 rowers in each team.
Both teams were training hardly. And to the moment of competition both were in same condition. But competitors beat us, they were faster in one kilometer. Finish
It was very bad mood in our team. Our leaders were thinking how we could beat them next year. They asked a group of analyst to analyze the situation and find a saving solution.
As a result of careful analysis of two team they concluded, that competitors had 7 rowers and only one captain.
But our team had 7 captains and only one rower.
And here the managers of our team had a bright idea: it was proposed to hire a consultant to restructure our team.
After a few month of consultancy they concluded, that our team had too many captains and less of rowers. Based on this analysis the made a proposal: our team structure had to be changed.
From that day we should have only 4 captains, 2 managers, 1 top-manager and one rower. So it was decided that it should be an intensive training with the rower to increase his motivation and willing for victory.
The next year the beat us again, with two kilometers advantage . ФИНИШ
Rower was fired, because no one was satisfied with the result of his work.
Managers were granted for high indicators in motivation in reporting period.
