Mr. Muhamad Riski Firmanto interned at PT Schenker Petrolog Utama in Jakarta, Indonesia from March 21st to June 25th 2016. During his internship, he worked in the Strategic Business Development department and was involved in several projects. He helped finalize documents for scope of work projects, maintained airline fee schemes, updated customer and vendor information in their ERP system, monitored new procedures and a vendor cost reduction program, and participated in a 5S corporate office improvement project. Mr Muhamad Riski Firmanto, born 17th january in Bekasi, Indonesia, was employed as an intern by PT
Schenker Petrolog Utama in Jakarta, Indonesia. Within the period from the 21st of March 2016 to 25th
of
June 2016 he was assigned to Strategic Business Development (SBD) Department. Riski worked on
several projects with different responsibilities, which are summarized below:
 Involve in Scope of Work Project which are to finalizing and compiling every necessary
document also distributing the final SOW to every manager for every each of department.
 Maintaining and updating scheme rate sent by airline regarding new applicable fee.
 Re- addressing existing costumer and vendor information from 2007 until 2016 using Procars (an
ERP, Enterprise Resource system used by DB Schenker).
 Monitoring and coordinating in the implemenatation Standart Operation Procedures (SOP)
Customer Onboarding gathered from every sales PIC to Operation.
 Involved in monitoring and re-calculating the implementation of Vendor Cost Reduction
Program.
 Participant in the Implementation of 5S (Sort out, Set in order, Shining, Standardize and Sustain)
in Corporate office of PT Schenker Petrolog Utama.
 Support in any required daily task requested by SBD Department.
Throughout his stay Riski has proven to be a valuable team member and performed all tasks to high
standards. he was participating proactively and independently in solving issues and was also capable of
maintaining excellence result. Riski has displayed a high motivational level and seriousness of purpose
while doing work. He has demonstrated eagerness to learn. He is also a hard-working individual who
knows how to get job done effectively.
