1. Why should we respect/tolerate cultural diversity?
Respecting and tolerating cultural variety is crucial in establishing harmony and fostering peace by
demanding respect for human existence despite differing traditions, histories, and customs.
Tolerance is no longer enough in today’s world. To effectively safeguard human rights, we must
actively promote cultural variety. To achieve balance, we must respect, accept, and appreciate the
diverse diversity of our world’s cultures, forms of expression, and ways of being human and people
have the right to behave in accordance with their beliefs, even if others disagree with them.
2. Discuss the role of the diversity of interconnections in a highly globalizing world.
The role of diversity of interconnections in a highly globalizing world in
understanding and functioning in an increasingly multicultural, transnational, and interconnected
environment It encourages individuals to grow into effective professionals, civic leaders, and
knowledgeable citizens in a diverse national and global society. Diverse teams may produce better, more
robust ideas and procedures based on a diversity of opinions when they have a common objective and
set of values. Global diversity also provides a competitive advantage in terms of greater levels of
innovation and the potential to attract top-tier personnel.
