To whom it may concern,
I am writing to request permission to use certain roads in Worksop within a music video for
‘Skinny Love’ I am creating as part of my A Level Media course. The exact locations I will
require are explained and pictured below. In the planning of my production I have specified the
dates and times I am hoping to film on these roads, and these are also shown below. I look
forward to hearing your response.
Locations
 Scholars Place. A house on this road is being filmed as the actor walks out of it. The
character will be followed out of the house and away from it.
 Sparken Hill. The character will enter this road by leaving Scholars Place. This road will
be filmed up as the character heads towards the Hannah Park woods towards the end of
the road.
