Today employees digitally collaborate with more people, more frequently, on more things and in more ways than ever before. This increased volume, velocity, and variety is changing how digital employee collaboration is evolving. We can no longer re-actively respond to collaboration needs with baseline enablement. That folder hierarchy represents multiple metadata values. If we access a file from this point onwards, we know that the department = human resources. The metadata about the type of file, or additional context is also provided in greater detail the further down a hierarchy it is stored. This can be set by default and integrated into the content experience.
