Coaches Review: I was in the gym with Rob in this session, I was pleased with
the motivation shown by Rob to improve his flexibility.
Coaches Review: I wasn’t able to come to watch Rob play this game, therefore
couldn’t analyse him myself.

/ Questions:
Rob again is really enjoying the PNF sessions, he was glad that
the sessions have become progressively harder in terms of
FITT.

/ Questions:
I spoke to Rob after his game and he said he again used
imagery which he found to be really helpful. Rob said he finds
imagery most helpful when kicking as he has time the most
time prior to the action. Rob said his relaxation before the
game didn’t go as well as planned as to due to him arriving
late he didn’t have as much time.

Coaches Review: I again was with Rob in the gym for the session, Rob had some
external problems therefore his motivation wasn’t as high as
usual. Regardless Rob still completed the session.
Coaches Review: I wasn’t able to come to watch Rob play this game, therefore
couldn’t analyse him myself.

Rob didn’t really say much as he was worried about something
else.

/ Questions:
Rob is still finding imagery a good way to calm himself down
prior to actions within the game. Unlike last week Rob had
time to use his relaxation and lower his anxiety before the
game. Rob said he feels less and less anxious as the weeks go
on.

Coaches Review: I was in the gym with Rob in this session, I was pleased with
the motivation shown by Rob to improve his flexibility, I can
see the progression in his ROM.
Coaches Review: Due to Rob not playing any games this week, he is completing
his imagery in a training session as he is keen to carry on using
this. He couldn’t use his relaxation his week. In the final two
weeks I wanted to start promoting Robs confidence I did this
by showing Rob videos of himself performing skills to a good
standard.

Coaches Review: I was in the gym with Rob in this session, I was pleased with
the motivation shown by Rob to improve his flexibility, I can
see the progression in his ROM. As this was the final week of
our program Rob was extra motivated to make final
improvements to his flexibility.
Coaches Review: As this was our last session I came to watch Rob play could see
that the imagery and relaxation was really working.
The video session had to be completed the following Monday
at college.

Equipment: No equipment needed. Weather: N/A Weather: Light rain. Coaches Review: I was in the gym with Rob in this session, I was pleased with the motivation shown by Rob to improve his flexibility. Coaches Review: I wasn’t able to come to watch Rob play this game, therefore couldn’t analyse him myself. Athlete Feedback / Questions: Rob again is really enjoying the PNF sessions, he was glad that the sessions have become progressively harder in terms of FITT. Athlete Feedback / Questions: I spoke to Rob after his game and he said he again used imagery which he found to be really helpful. Rob said he finds imagery most helpful when kicking as he has time the most time prior to the action. Coaches Review: I again was with Rob in the gym for the session, Rob had some external problems therefore his motivation wasn’t as high as usual. Regardless Rob still completed the session. Coaches Review: I wasn’t able to come to watch Rob play this game, therefore couldn’t analyse him myself. Athlete Feedback / Questions: Rob didn’t really say much as he was worried about something else. Coaches Review: I was in the gym with Rob in this session, I was pleased with the motivation shown by Rob to improve his flexibility, I can see the progression in his ROM. Coaches Review: Due to Rob not playing any games this week, he is completing his imagery in a training session as he is keen to carry on using this. He couldn’t use his relaxation his week. In the final two weeks I wanted to start promoting Robs confidence I did this by showing Rob videos of himself performing skills to a good standard. Athlete Feedback / Questions: Rob is back to himself and is really enjoying the programme again. As this was the final week of our program Rob was extra motivated to make final improvements to his flexibility. Coaches Review: As this was our last session I came to watch Rob play could see that the imagery and relaxation was really working.
