This document provides an overview of the LDM2 course for teachers. It discusses the following:
- The course is divided into modules that will teach teachers about different learning delivery modalities, designing instruction for various modalities, and developing a teaching portfolio for implementing modalities.
- The course will be delivered through a blended approach using independent study, synchronous sessions, and coaching support from instructional leaders.
- An implementation plan is outlined that designates roles for regional and division personnel in managing the course, coaching, and monitoring and evaluation. Coaches will provide support to teachers as they work to apply what they have learned.
