• To teach about Fair use and the Teach Act

Slides tell you a basic concept of what is to be done
Objectives are implied but not seen clearly
One must Assume the objectives based on the outcomes to occur

• Learn salient points such as five exclusive rights
• Fair Use:

6. Ineffective
• Pictures: do not go with the materials being presented. Should attract attention and help
keep the topic in the mind. For Example: a golfer putting has no connection to what will be
covered.
• Colour: not well chosen. It detracts for the slides and takes away from what is trying to be
said.
• Font: difficult to read the slides. With the colour scheme makes near impossible to read.
• Remember Addage KISS: some areas this done well but others more explanation needed so
readers are not confused
• Teach Act slide on dos and don’ts needs to be two slides for to busy

• Emphasis: When important areas the emphasis is well done.
• Example: five exclusive rights
