M-40 in Madrid
By a textil large cover is intended to unify an area currently highly rigid and fragmented achieving an organic,
flowing space.

Description: The project consists in a multipurpose facility containing the necesary areas to satisfy the needs of
users such as library, meeting room, exhibition room etc...
The building closes to the north generating an open-air space to the south that becomes a rest area for users settled
in enviroment.

Description: The building aim is to manage the technologycal park as well as offer renting offices to different firms.
The ground floor basement contains the common spaces serving both the management and the rental areas. Offices
lay in two buildings designed as milestones that reflect the technologycal character of the zone.

Description: In this Workshop students build an almost real-scale [1:3] model of a real building structure. In this
case the selected sample was the Shelter for Roman Ruins in Chur by P.Zumthor, peviously analyzed in Building
Technology III. The frame was made of pallet-recycled timber wich, was cut and assembled by means of alluminium
conections.

Description: According to Spanish regulation, Architecture studens must prepare a Final Project to obtain their
degree. It consists in a “real“ architectural project, ranging from urban design to a totally defined technical drawings
