JSHS organized different kinds of activities for the students. All the students participated very well. The teachers and students organised all the events together and also perform well.

creative only if you love life enough that you want to
enhance its beauty."
It was Competition Day at JSHS kindergarten. Children of
GRADE Nursery, LKG and UKG participated earnestly in
PAPER PLATE CREATIONS, PEPPY PAPER BAGS and
CRAZY HATS competition respectively. They came up with
amazing work, wonderful patterns and displayed
unbelievable finesse while decorating their Paper Bags,
Paper Hats and Paper plates.

THE CHAMPIONS OF JESUS’ SACRED HEART SCHOOL, LUDHIANA BROUGHT LAURELS
TO THE SCHOOL BY WINNING POSITIONS IN25TH DISTRICT ROLLER SKATING SPEED
CHAMPIONSHIP- 2022 HELD AT LEISURE VALLEY, LUDHIANA. FURTHER, 8 OF THESE
CHAMPIONS WILL REPRESENT AT STATE LEVEL CHAMPIONSHIP.

5. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥
Shining stars of JSHS made school proud by participating in 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥
𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 where in Under- 14 girls bagged 2nd position and
Under -14 boys bagged 3rd Position.
Students of JSHS also participated in 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 where our
under 17 boys and Under 14 girls got 3rd position.

6. Club activities are designed to enable students to meet, mix and collaborate
with other students from different backgrounds in a different environment. In
adolescent club, students learn to manage relationship with peers. Learning to
cook delicious snack like 'Dahi Bhalla' was in limelight in cookery club. Books
on various genres were discussed in books club. The activity of being a radio
Jockey enjoyed to the fullest in mass media club. Ganpati on painting showed
the festive fervour in art and painting club. Adventure club did a remarkable
activity of rope climbing. Innovative ideas were put in science model by little
Einstein in science club. Overall, it was a day filled with learning with
collaborative efforts.

7. JSHS believes that co-curricular activities, balanced with
academic curriculum helps every student get to learn
beyond subjects to bring social skills, intellectual skills,
moral values, personality progress and character appeal in
students.

8. NO BAG DAY TURNED INTO A JOYFUL DAY FOR PRIMARY CLASSES. THE THEME OF THE DAY WAS 'POWER OF
EMPATHY' WHEREIN LIFE SKILL ACTIVITIES WERE CONDUCTED IN THE SCHOOL TO MAKE LEARNING HAPPEN
IN A COLLABORATIVE WAY BY SHOWING VIDEO ON IMPORTANCE OF DEVELOPING PRO SOCIAL SKILLS.
IN GRADE III SITUATIONS WERE GIVEN TO STUDENTS OF N THE BASIS OF WHICH THEY DREW PICTURES AND
WROTE THEIR PERCEPTIONS ACCORDINGLY. THE MUCH AWAITED DAY TURNED OUT TO BE THE JOYFUL DAY.
THE MOST MEMORABLE ACTIVITY WAS PLANTING SAPLINGS IN THE GARDEN BED WHICH WAS THOROUGHLY
ENJOYED BY TINY TOTS.

THESE ICONIC WORDS RANG LOUD, CLEAR AND TRUE WHEN THE TALENTED, SPORTY JESUS'
SACRED HEARTIANS SWEPT PRACTICALLY MOST GOLD, SILVER AND BRONZE MEDALS IN '
KHEDA VATAN PUNJAB DIYAN' ORGANISED BY PUNJAB GOVERNMENT. THE EXTREMELY AGILE,
FIT AND ENERGETIC YOUNGSTERS OF JSHS MADE SCHOOL AND DISTRICT PROUD BY WINNING
MEDALS IN VARIOUS DISCIPLINES AT DISTRICT LEVEL.
IN SWIMMING COMPETITION, STUDENTS OUTSHINED BY CLINCHING 25 MEDALS (UNDER 14
&17&21) INCLUDING 7 GOLD 9 SILVER AND 9 BRONZE. FUTHER, ADDING FEATHER IN THE CAP,12
STUDENTS GOT SELECTED FOR STATE LEVEL COMPETITION. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE
WINNERS ON THIS BIG ACHIEVEMENT AND BEST WISHES FOR THEIR FUTURE VENTURES.

10. It is time to rejoice and celebrate the phenomenal victory marked by 𝐬𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 in mega
sports extravaganza 'Kheda Vatan Punjab Diyan' organised by Punjab Government.
In Skating competition, students emerged victorious by clinching 19 Medals including
3 Gold, 9 Silver and 7 Bronze.
Not only this, 9 students have been further selected for State Level competition. A
great achievement by sporty Jesus Sacred Heartians. Wishing them good luck for
next venture.

We are thrilled and delighted to announce the selection of Mannat Manchanda
of Grade VIII for Open National Camp in Basketball Under 14 category. In trials
held at Guru Nanak Stadium, 20 girls were selected at National level from Punjab
State and Mannat is the proud student from our school to get selected for
National Level. The Director of the school along with Principal conveyed their
best wishes for her stellar and marvellous performance and hope that she will
bring laurels to the school, district and state with her achievements at National
Camp.

12. 𝐉𝐒𝐇𝐒 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 (𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫-𝟏𝟗 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬)
JSHS Handball Team (under-19 girls), who participated in Zonal Handball Tournament held at PAU
Ludhiana and performed exceedingly well by bagging 1st position. 5 girls were further selected for
District Handball Tournament and the team bagged 1st position.
Sukhmeet Kaur (grade XII), Samapreet Kaur (grade XII) and Yashi Singh (grade IX) have been selected
for State level. School Director and the Principal wishes them good luck for upcoming events.
