4. What Is Rotaract Club?
Rotaract is an international organization for the youth in
the age category of 18 through 30 years, who believe they
can make a difference. The purpose of Rotaract is to
provide an opportunity for young men and women to
enhance knowledge and skills that will assist them in
professional development, to address the physical and
social needs of their communities, and to promote better
relations amongst all people worldwide through a
framework of friendship and service. Rotaract originally
began as a Rotary International youth program. Today it
continues to experience its phenomenal growth. There are
currently more than 7,500 Rotaract Clubs spread over 155
countries, with an estimated membership of more than
173,000 Rotaractors. The program continues to grow
making it a true global movement with motto of ‘Self
Development through Service and Fellowship'.

5. “JASHAAN-CELEBRATING
HAPPINESS”
• An event for street kids which shall be taking place on
21st and 22nd February 2105 at “Rcity mall” ,Ghatkopar
west. This is a talent show for street kids where they will
dance,sing,study and the main attraction to the event is
street Olympics. The Talent Show shall be an event where
these kids shall just showcase their talent & won’t be an
event showcasing sportsmanship’s spirit.

7. PR:
We plan to do online PR and also Broadcast PR
of the event through Jpegs, banners, charts, etc.

8. APPERCIATION
The Institutions participating shall be awarded
with a Citation which shall say that they
participated for ‘JASHAAN-CELEBRATING
HAPPINESS.’

9. APPEAL1. We Rotaractors have a Dream, a Dream called‚
‘JASHAAN-CELEBRATING HAPPINESS’.
2. The whole event has a rough budget of Rs. 80,000.
3. Therefore with the support of your esteemed
company, we hope to achieve our target of
encouraging these kids who are somewhere
neglected from the support of people like us.
4. We wish you can sponsor us with the maximum
amount and help us achieve our target of
encouragement.
5. It has been our dream since we have started this
initiative, and we wish to reach that target.

11. • 1. TITLE SPONSOR: Amount sponsored above
Rs.40,000, which will include your Logos along with the
event’s name on every Jpeg & Banners used for PR &
Banners of your company in the Venue.
• 2. CO-SPONSOR: Amount sponsored between Rs.
40,000 & Rs.25,000, which shall include your Logo at
the bottom on every Jpeg & Banners used for PR & 1
Banner in the Venue.
• 3. ASSOCIATE SPONSOR: Amount sponsored below Rs.
15,000, which shall include just your Logo in the bottom
of the Jpegs & Banners used for PR.
