Melting the Aluminium matrix metal Addition of reinforcing particles to melt (5- 20% SiC or Al2o3) Injection of gas into the melt using a rotating impeller Pulling off the floating foam from the surface of the melt. (Continuously, sheet material) Influencing the pore structure by gas pressure, impeller rotation speed and other parameters Gas Injection method
