2. Dear sir,
Please refer discussion had with you on 26.10.16.at your premises. Regarding deduction payment for
our supplied green peas to your requirements.
As per discussion you claimed 4% of wastage in our 1000 Gms packet, you precise it has been small size
of peas, but not discolored and loss of weight.
This complaint we had briefly discussed with our management, we concluded this will not rectify in our
side because this is commodity items moreover this is agro products, we cannot give particular size of
peas, as we received from paddy field only we can supply.
We request you, we could not fulfill your requirement as such now, it may in future we will try to rectify
those issues.
Am humble request to you, whatever you deducted our distributor payment please release
immediately. In future orders please mention in your po, terms and condition about green peas quality,
size & payment terms.

We bring to your kind attention; we try to give supply at your destination but our logistics cost expenses
not viable to cover your place due to none of other suppliers available to this destination, so that I have
to bare entire amount, previously we clubbed other clients orders and shared the expenses, now we
don’t have clients so that , I am not having choice to bring the material to your destination same price
and quantity.
Now we request you, if your orders should not be LESS THAN 2 TONS we will deliver the material at your
place.
If deliver at your destination Green peas cost is Rs. 77 +tax/kg
Sweet corn Rs.
