2. After completion of probation period, I got a new project as a quality auditor in denims
department & transferred to Karachi. To be very honest first I was really disappoint, but after
spending one month in this department my disappointment converted in to excitement. Practical
work is very close to my passion.
 Get the audit plan on weekly basis from the merchant.
 Check the product in different process before final audit.
 Give the feedback of pre audits to relevant persons through reports & emails.
 Work together with production team while solving problem related to quality.
 If anything is not understandable then discuss with management & related merchant.
 Follow up of all order with respect to DD to ensure that order will dispatch on time.
 Present KPI to company & vendor as well on monthly basis.
Responsibilities in GBO as MTO
First three months I spend in home textile department with marketing team & my vendor was
nishat.
I deal with an American customer west elm.
 Get the queries from the customer & forward to PD.
 Get the approval from the customer with the help of PD.
 Approved standard forward to vendor.
 Make the pre-production plan & get the time line from the Vendor.
 By keeping keen eye on customer delivery date make TNA & follow up accordingly.
 Weekly attend the meeting with office manager & share the strategies.
 Taking care of dispatches.
 Weekly working on billing summary & filling as well.
 Weekly updating the order summary vendor wise that include different customers as
well.

3. Responsibilities in US -Apparel as PPC Executive.
 Follow Up all the orders from cut to pack
 Take the stitch out & Wash out Dates and do follow up for given dates.
 Take stitching & washing samples from Merchandiser & provide to production.
 Discuss after wash & before wash accessory status with MMC department according to
shipment plan & follow up the given dates.
 Communicate with Merchandisers regarding any quires raise by production & manage to
clear these on very urgent basis to prevent any production loss.
