This document contains information about two entrepreneurs interviewed by a student group:
1) Mrs. Nenita Facundo Eroma, owner of Nefa's General Merchandise store since 1982, started with PHP 3,000 capital and has expanded over 27 years of experience.
2) Grace Magbuo, owner of a food court since 2007, started the family business to provide occupation for her cousins.
Both entrepreneurs practice POSDC (Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Controlling) principles. They started small, recruited employees as their businesses grew, and focus on customer satisfaction over profits. A Venn diagram compares their experiences and a reflection discusses lessons learned about entrepreneurship.
