will keep providing limited quality cakes. It should not happen because for every business,
the customers are the center of focus so if they put limit on them on the name of quality so
how they will flourish in the future. Though they are successful from the beginning till date
but still they have to make some policies that would help them to increase the quantity so
they will be able to serve more customers.

They are celebrating 100 years of excellence. Their strength lies in the fact that they
have a wide range of products that can meet the needs of a wide range of customers.
They have state of the art facility and equipment that has positioned them to meet the
demand of products. Another factor that counts to their advantage is the signature
taste that stands out Bombay bakery.
Weakness.
As per the business policy, they serve limited and sell two cakes per customer. This
may become their weakness, people may choose others if they want more cakes at a
time. Also people has to wait for hours in a queue to get the cake (as the demand of
their cakes is high) so, if people in a hurry they would not take a risk to wait and will
go to the other bakery who can serve them on a time.

The opportunities available to them are unlimited. Lots of people like to consume
their cakes even the travelers take it with them to other cities of Pakistan. There are
lots of bakeries that our working in Hyderabad but still people prefers them over
others. Even the Hyderabad is known for the delicious cakes of Bombay bakery.

As we are living in the era of customization and everyone wants quick response.
There are many bakeries that are providing best customized cakes on reasonable price
with the fast delivery service without letting their customers to wait for hours in a
queue. In this perspective Bombay bakery has a threat from them.

Better order management:
It involves tracking whether the business have enough inventory to fill orders,
managing data around the vendors who are going to supply the inventory on hand and
getting the order to the customers. Bombay bakery needs to do more work on order
management so; they will be able to serve more cakes to more customers.

As the competition is increasing day by day in the baking industry, so if the Bombay
bakery wanted to remain the pioneer, it has to work on order management so they can
serve more people on time.
