Today the pollution and global
warming are the major problems in
the world. We don’t think about
future generations, they will never
forgive us because we are responsible
for polluting our surroundings.
2.
3. REASONS FOR PLANTING
A study published in Psychological Science found that
green pathways, green stretch, spaces, parks and gardens
in high-density city areas have the power to enhance the
quality of life and the well-being of those who live there.
People, who live in greener environment – where trees are
grown, are happier than their counterparts who stay in
tree-less environments.

11. Introduction to
Education
Education in its general sense is a form of learning in
which the knowledge, skills, values, beliefs and habits of a
group of people are transferred from one generation to the
next through story telling, discussion, teaching, training,
and or research. Education may also include informal
transmission of such information from one human being
to another. Education frequently takes place under the
guidance of others, but learners may also educate
themselves (autodidactic learning). Any experience that
has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts
may be considered educational.
12.
13. Why education is important? The first time we are introduced to formal education is in
school. The school years are the grounding years of one's
education. Schools are institutions that lay the foundation
of a child's development. They play a key role in
developing children into responsible citizens and good
human beings. It's a school where young talent is
recognized and nurtured. On leaving school, we are all set
to soar high in life, and enter the real world in pursuit of
our dreams.

in the sunlight.

and shapes etc.

Watered: We thought that we should fully take care of the
park till the time we are visiting it. So we took a pipe

have a right to educate.

very happy to study and were able to write and read
English and Hindi.
Gifted: We gifted the children presents as a reward and we
were thankful to them for joining us.
18. NUKKAD NATAK
We also held a Nukkad Natak amongst the children we
taught. The Nukkad Natak was all about health and
hygiene. It included the importance of hand wash. We
explained the seven steps of hand washing in the Nukkad
Natak and the importance of soap and water for hand
wash.
19. Reasons for Choosing the Topic
Health and Hygiene
Usually such children do not know how important
it is to wash your hands with the help of the seven
steps. We explain them that if they wouldn’t wash
their hands regularly they may get illness that may
contain headache, stomachache and vomiting.
