Black Swan
+
Camera Shots
We used lots of camera shots in our film
same that are similar to the Black swan.
One of the camera shots that we used is
the mirror shot we used this shot because
it looked it was interesting for the
audience to watch. Our mirror scene is
different to the black swan because we
want to see a double of the character to
that the audience can that something is
going to happen which is going to be
strange.
+
Camera Angles
In this scene we use different
camera angles to set a mood in the
film we want the audience to feel
scared. In this scene we see the girl
looking behind her as in someone
is following her.We have a full shot
which allows the audience to see
the body language that the main
character has.We want the audience
to ask about the person following
her.
+
Sound
 The sound is very similar to Black swan because we actually
have the original sound which is the swan lake backing track
to the Beginning of our film. We have chosen this music
because it gives the audience a creepy feeling to the film
and gives them something to look forward to.
 In a thriller film there is music which is alarming because
they want the audience to be at the edge of their seats and
they want them to look forward to want is going to happen in
the next scene.
+
Mise-en-scene
 The sets that were in our film are different to the sets that are
in black swan but we tried to recreate some sets as the film.
 Our film starts Sarah’s bedroom this is where all her madness
starts to happen. In addition we get the party scene the
similar to the film black swan whoever we get to see the
teenage life throughout this scene this shows drinking and
partying and how it has an effect on people. .
 Our Film is based on a teenage girl so have to incorporate
that so that the audience knows when the age of the people
are in the film.
+
Narrative
 Our film shows a girl going through different stages of her
life which cause her to go mad. Her mind plays tricks and she
becomes a psycho.
 Our film is going have a main character which is called Sarah
and she goes mad. Some of the things that are in the black
swan we tried to include it into our film however we wanted
to change it to our point of view.
+
Challenges to the genre
 We followed the genre the same pattern as the Film Black
swan we had a leading female character where she looses
her mind. In addition we have similar character
representations in from the film. In our film we mostly focus
on the teenage view of media an example of this is that in the
film we have teenagers drinking and partying. However in
the Black swan has lesbian scenes, drinking scenes and
clubbing scenes.
 Our films are very similar to the point that the leading female
characters end up in dangerous situations. We tried to play
with audiences minds to make they want to know more about
our film.
