Aviation Electrical Technician November 2015 –July 2018
• Directed and oversaw maintenance on H60 Romeo and Sierra Helicopter parts down to a component level.
• Trained six Sailors, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and maintenance of high-quality service
standards expected by upper chain of command.
• Diagnosed and troubleshot malfunctioning systems, equipment, and electrical parts, via test benches to
identify the cause of breakdown; fix the problems and replace circuit cards, resistors, transformers and other
components within designated schedules.
• Assisted the calibration lab with the repair and adjustment of $350,320 worth of torque wrenches, pressure
gauges, vibration analysis kits, as well as other electrical and physical support equipment.
Aviation Maintenance Supply Inductions July 2018 – July 2019
• Managed the inductions, dispositions, and travel inquiries, of all assets from the intermediate maintenance
depot totaling to $1.2 Million in items processed. Made precise documentation of each item to come in and
out of the door and was held responsible for having the paperwork ready to get it the corresponding work
center, squadron, or disposition center.
• Managed a team of two sailors to package items and assign paperwork accordingly.
Six Sigma Coordinator Intermittent July 2016 – July 2019
• Managed efficiency events for sections of the command on a case by case basis.
• Each event consisted of over 7 Sailors and saved over 106-man hours.
• Was able to apply six sigma methodology to many work centers and create a free flowing work space
reducing input while maximizing output.
