Paul Camara manages employee and client relationships. In 1997, he
received the Army Achievement Medal from the United States Army.
3. The Army Achievement Medal is a variant of the Achievement
Medal designed specifically for the United States Army. Each
branch of the military has its own version of the medal. The
United States Department of Defense has approved a version that
recognizes collaborative action across several branches. The medal
category recognizes junior officers and other troops who did not
satisfy the Meritorious Service Medal or the Commendation
Medal's qualifying requirements. The Army version received
approval in 1981.

accomplishments and distinguished service in the Army. Junior
soldiers who have performed acts of courage to a lower degree than
those qualified for the Army Commendation Medal become eligible
for it. Local commanders make the final decision.
