PIONEER CLUBS
Pioneer Clubs has moved from Wednesday night to Sunday night and has a new name!
It’s now known as Parkside Warrior Bible Club! Join us every Sunday evening from
6:00-7:30 p.m. We have a new and exciting curriculum for ages 4 through 5th grade
which will take our kids through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. We are in need
of mentors (not teachers) and story tellers. If you are interested in either or have
questions on what’s involved, please
Judy is on vacation and will return to work on 10/2. In
her absence, Amanda Zandstra is filling in. She is in the office
from 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
October is outreach month for Ladies Dinner & Game Night!
We will be supporting OAR again this year (Ottagan Addictions Recovery) and helping
to supply items needed at their men’s home-Chester Ray and the women’s home-
Harbor House. You can help by bringing in items for the residents such as tooth-
brushes, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, lotion, journals and spiral
notebooks or non-perishable food items, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry
detergent for the homes. There will be a table in the Fellowship Hall for your items.
Please donate items by October 22. If you have questions, talk to Linn Bradfield at

Caring and Sharing
SUPER SENIORS With the cold weather and winter approaching, our
Senior Group will begin meeting once a month. Our next outing will be
a trip to Grace Bible College on Wednesday, October 25, to tour their
facilities and have lunch. If you are 55 and older, we welcome you to be
part of this fun group.
HOW TO STUDY & COMMUNICATE GOD’S WORD Our final work-
shop on how to study God’s Word and principles of communicating it will
be held this Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m. This hands-on
workshop meets in Room A3 and will be taught by Pastor Joe this week.
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY Our Women’s Bible Study meets every
Thursday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the Board Room. We’re
studying “A Woman of Excellence” by Cynthia Heald. If you haven’t

MIIC - “MEN INVESTING IN COMMUNITY” All men are invited to join
us on Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. (same time as the Women’s
Bible Study.) We get together for fellowship, building community, and
challenging our spiritual walk with the Lord. If you have questions or
would like more information, please talk to Pastor Gary.
SUNDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY Please join us for our Sunday Night
Bible Study from 6:15-7:15 p.m. which meets in the Board Room. Pastor
Joe is teaching through the first 5 books of the Bible (the Pentateuch.)

Kick-off Brunch by Grace Bible College Women’s Connection. Enjoy a
special program featuring our guest speaker, Gretchen Johnson, music and testimonies by
GBC students, prayer with a purpose, and a delicious full breakfast while you connect with
other women from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30 at GBC’s dining room. RSVP today at
