SUNDAY EVENING SERVICE—THE BOOK OF REVELATION Plan to
attend our Sunday evening service at 6:00 pm tonight as we go through
the book of Revelation. Join us for a great time of fellowship around
God’s Word through 12/6. Bring your Bible and a friend as we walk
through some of the most descriptive passages of God’s plan for
humanity and His people Israel.
LIFT WOMEN’S EVENT Please plan to join other ladies on Thursday,
October 15 from 6:30-8:00 pm for our first LIFT (Ladies in Fellowship
Together) event of the year! All women are invited...and bring your
friends. We will be crafting wood Turkey Pokes, Pumpkins and
Scarecrows. There is a signup sheet on the Women’s Ministry counter
and there is still time to sign up. If you are bringing friends, please sign
them up too so we will have enough supplies. There is no charge for the
event and everything will be provided - including snacks! Any questions,

LADIES DINNER & GAME NIGHT! Ladies, sign up at the Women’s
Ministry Counter for dinner and games at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16.
We’ll be meeting at Pizza Ranch located in front of the Meijer store on
16th Street then coming back to the church for simple card games and
snacks. It’s a great opportunity to meet other ladies of the church!

ANNUAL MEETING OCTOBER 12 AT 7:00 PM
All attendees are encouraged to pick up a copy of our Annual Report from the
table in the Fellowship Hall. Our proposed board members and proposed budget
are in the packet. If you are a member and absolutely cannot be present for the
meeting and to vote, you can obtain an absentee ballot from Eloy Ramos after the
church service or from the church administrative assistant Judy Timmer.
We welcome Steve Jansen as our guest Worship Leader for the month of October!
Steve has been in the automotive business most of his life but has had the privilege
of ministering at Rush Lake Bible Church, Gun Lake Chapel and the former Berean
Bible Church in Byron Center (now Frontline) primarily in the music and financial
areas. Steve and his wife, Kate, have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Steve and Kate
reside in the Dorr-Byron Center area.
