Christopher Mingoia is the Principal of North Arlington High School in North Arlington, NJ. As Principal, his responsibilities include aligning the curriculum with state standards, overseeing instructional programs, regularly observing classrooms, and building partnerships with local colleges. He has over 20 years of experience in education, previously working as a principal, vice principal, and teacher in other New Jersey schools. Christopher Mingoia is the Principal for grades 9 – 12
at North Arlington High School in North Arlington, NJ. As
the school Principal who makes sure that each student gets
appropriate and effective education. His responsibilities

NJSLS curriculum, instruction and assessment with state
and local district learning goals
 Serves as the school and educational leader who is
responsible for the development, implementation,
supervision, and evaluation of a comprehensive program
of educational and student service.
 Redesigns and implement the curriculum and
instructional programs.
 Prioritize the concept of effective teaching by visiting
classrooms regularly and working with teachers on
instructional issues.
Apart from this, Christopher Mingoia works under the

Superintendent Designee, and is responsible for carrying
out the guidance and direction of the Board of Education.
He has also managed to build a good partnership with
Bergen Community College that allows students to attain up
to an Associate’s Degree in a college setting while still in
