Chief, Key Leadership Engagement Cell: Combined Joint Task Force-1, Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan (January 2012 – July 2012)
Developed 100+ Key Leadership Engagements with Afghanistan and Pakistan senior leadership for the 1st Calvary
Division and the 1st Infantry Division Command Generals. Established relations with local religious and civil
society leaders to develop material for the Radio Network Operations Center programs throughout Regional
Command-East. Partnered with the Jordanian Engagement Team to promote religious tolerance and counter
extremist messaging.

AF Program Manager: Office of Defense Cooperation, American Embassy Singapore (September 2007 – July 2010)
Served as the U.S. Air Force advisor to the Ambassadorregarding Foreign Military Sales (FMS), military Direct
Commercial Sales, and the Defense Cooperation in Armaments programs for Singapore and Brunei. Shared
responsibility for integrating the PACOM commander’s country specific and regional security assistance strategy
objectives. Responsible for all Air Force issues associated with the United States'eighth largest FMS partner -
provided daily oversight and advice for more than 110 active Air Force FMS cases valued in excess of $2.7B.

Managed pre-acquisition study and developed acquisition plan for a Joint $1B+ highly classified satellite system
