Product Manager for the largest program at the Princeton location, in excess of $27M. Lead a multi-faceted team or 27
software engineers and 5 systems engineers in the development of the hardwareand software products to providestate-of-
the-art situational awareness to the Base Expeditionary Targeting and Surveillance Sensors – Combined (BETSS-C) Standard
Ground Station.
Served as Capture manager for follow-on contracts to support further development, approximately $13M, and provided
leadership to deployed field support technicians in both Iraq and Afghanistan, approximately $4.8M annually.
Served as primary technical interface between US Army and SRI regarding Base Defense.
Developed perimeter security briefing for US Dept. of State briefings. Reviewed the new threats identified in the various
countries and the means to monitor and to provide alerts and warnings.
Supported proposal/pursuits and was partof the review team for submissionsto DARPA, DHS S&T, the USAF, NGA and the
US Army. Coordinated and managed the actions on a $250MIDIQ with the USAF.

Navy (RAN) Command and Control ship. Lead a team that consisted of 37 engineers and major suppliers / subcontractors
which designed the full communication suiteand theinstallation of fiveindependent networks which spanned from UNCLASS
to TOP SECRET
Primary technical interface between BAE Systems, Melbourne, Australia and the Royal Australian Navy.
Responsible for the coordination of the technical interface between L-3 Communications and the varied support sub-
contractors for various communications,data management and closed security television systemfor ship security and flight
deck control sub-systems.
Responsible for the product development roadmap for new software and hardware enhancements for the voice
communications systems utilized for the US Navy, US Coast Guard, RAN and Royal New Zealand Navy.
2. Led and participated in proposal reviews for submissionsto the navies of the US, Canada,Saudi Arabia,Chile, Australia and
New Zealand and for the US Coast Guard. As part of the proposal process,I reviewed both technical and schedulecontent

rates. Through this effort the production rates increased more than twenty-fold, decreasing scrap resulting in lowering
production costs for the customer.
Managed the activities with 4 major sub-contractors to reduce the cost of material by 30 to 40%.
Responsible for marketing and business development of the Li-Ion product line.

Reduced production labor by 66% per unit and increased production yield from one air vehicleper month to six vehicles per
