Led a team that processed over 3,700 travel claims with payments of over $2.7 million, 65 contract extensions, and 1,000 personnel evaluations. These actions led to the squadron receiving the 2008 Sikorsky Aircraft Maintenance Excellence Award and led to receiving my 2nd Navy Commendation medal, ranking #1 of 8 Department Heads and early promotion recommendation 2 years ahead of peers.
