PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
For the last 7 months worked under the Engineering Technology and Acquisition SupportServices. (ETASS)
contract in support of the Air Force Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communication,
Intelligence and Networks (AF PEO C3I&N) as a member of a three person Software Test Team for JSIG
and DCID Programs. Iassisted in the managementofsoftware requirements, developmentoftestplans and
test scripts and tracked Deficiency Reports (DRs) in close coordination with the JSIG and DCID directed
system software vendor. In recognition ofour work, our Test Team was selected as the small team of the
quarter for the entire AF PEO C3I&N.
From May 2008- September2014 (Booz Allen Hamilton) I served as a deputy programmanagerofthe Web
TemporalAnalysis System(WebTAS) ToolKit family ofintelligence analysis and targeting software programs
for the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL). My range of responsibilities include functional software testing, user
acceptance testing, functional requirement analysis, on site customer support, coordination efforts with
various DoD agencies, liaison with the WebTAS's commercial developer, and other general duties as a
deputy program manager. My main effort program, WebTAS Strategy to Task Analysis of Kill chain
Effectiveness (WebTAS-STAKE), has been accepted into the 10.2 AOC Weapon System and is in the
process of transition to the Targeting & GEOINT Program Office at LCMC. Other WebTAS programs are
under discussion to transfer to the Analysis Program Management Office, also based at LCMC.

My experience with the WebTAS program as well as my extensive contacts with agencies such as the 46th
Test Squadron, (Eglin AFB), the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Civil Aviation Intelligence Analysis Center
(CAIAC), Air Combat Command (Langley AFB) and the National Ground Intelligence Center have provided
me with a unique perspective that can assist with the transition of these WebTAS programs to AFLCMC.
Prior to my work at AFRL, I had a successful career an Army Space Operations Officer serving in varied
positions from developing Army space requirements in the Washington area to applying space operational
capabilities in a combat environment in Afghanistan and Kuwait.
JOB ASSIGNMENT–PRESENT
Senior Software Test Engineer October 2014- Present
As a member of the AF PEO C3I&N Test team I conducted software tests in support of several JSIG and
DCID directed Programs. I evaluated and implemented automated test tools and strategies for over seven
distinct test events in six months’ time. I developed and evaluated testprocedures in supportoftest events
to ensure SAP system requirements are met. As a member ofthe TestTeam, I assisted in the development,
maintenance and upgrade ofmanual and automated test scripts for JSIG and DCID software systems and
applications. Ireviewed, wrote and maintained system DRs complied from critical test events. I worked with
the software vendor and validated DRs as the vendor fixed tem. As part of the test team I served as the
subject matter specialist providing testing know how in support of user requirements of highly complex
software/hardware applications and other systems within the AF PEO C3I&N. I assisted the PEO C3I & N
directorate in all phases ofrisk managementthrough the software developmentprocess.As a member ofthe
Test Team, wrote a comprehensive Test and Evaluation master Plan for use throughout the directorate.

Deputy Program Manager May 2008 – September 2014
Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate
Worked directly for the Government Program Manager of the Web based Temporal Analysis System
(WebTAS) Tool Kit family of intelligence database and analysis programs with a budgetofover $300 million
over six years. Ensured that governmentapproved requirements were met and delivered within budget for
over thirty separate software releases. Coordinated and conducted over thirty WebTAS government
functional software tests ensuring their timely deploymentto users in combatoperations.Conducted software
demonstrations to customers across the Department of Defense. Successfully represented the WebTAS
PMO at over fifty business trips to include conferences and software testing events. Specialized in working
onsite to repair and reinvigorate weaken customer relationships and building teamwork and trustacross DoD
customers, government contractors and the Air Force Research laboratory.
Space Operations Officer Aug 2004 – March 2007
10Th Mountain Division, Ft Drum, NY and Bagram, Afghanistan
As a member ofthe General Staff for the US Army’s 10th Mountain Division, FtDrum NY, I deployed as part
ofthe first Army Space SupportTeam in Afghanistan. I increased the effectiveness ofUSCounter-Improvised
Explosive Devices detection and prevention (details classified). I reduced the time required to troubleshoot
Satellite Communications interference by 50 percentby designing processesformonitoring Electro-Magnetic
Interference of Satellite Communication links.
Systems Architect Developer July 2002 – July 2004
US Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Arlington, VA
Served as the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command’s primary representative in a multi-service
environment to include the National Reconnaissance Office and the National Geo-Spatial -Intelligence
Agency. Builta partnership between the Army Space community and the Army Intelligence community that

lead to the developmentofan integrated Army plan for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR)
space systems acquisition. As the Army representative to the National Space Security Architectcommittee I
worked closely with representatives from DoD, NRO, NGA, NASA, and NOAA to map out a unified national
space-based ISR systems acquisition plan out to 2025.
Space Operations Officer Aug 2000 – July 2002
US Army Central Command, Ft McPherson, GA and Camp Doha, Kuwait
Integrated space systems into combat operations throughout Afghanistan while simultaneously planning
future operations into Iraq. I lead the planning effort for the deployment ofthree Army and Marine Divisions
consisting ofover 100,000 soldiers into Kuwaitin preparation for Operation Iraqi Freedom. The plan resulted
in the smooth deploymentofa large force in Kuwaitfully equipped and ready to conductoperations into Iraq.
