- There are more than 10,000 tax jurisdictions in the USA. State / District / City Taxes can be applicable. Services are taxed differently than Tangible Products. Tax laws change every quarter; some products are exempt; sales tax holidays exist... IT IS A LOT TO KEEP TRACK OF TaxCloud takes care of the registration, calculation, filing, and remittance, as well as entity exemptions certificates, jurisdictional notice responses, and audit inquiries.
- For 25 States in the USA, TaxCloud is free. For the others, it starts as low as 1.25% of gross sales.

- The four main avenues of selling are supported. Odoo also understands the rules for coupons and delivery - as the rate on the delivery fee may be different from the rate on the rest of the order
