I am a graduate of Bioresources Engineering,Faculty of Engineering in Enugu State University of
science and Technology, (ESUT) I specialized on air compressors, pumps, generator diesel engines and
Gas turbine etc.
My working experience in the Oil and Gas industry is 7 years, I am presently an air compressor
maintenance Engineer in Oil and industrial services (O.I.S) And MCSC client: NAOC (Nigeria Agip oil
company port Harcourt Nigeria)
I have undergone various industrial enhancing trainings, namely; HSE, fire prevention and
fighting, production operations, risk assessment,rigging standards and safety, team work, PTW
system, interpretation of P & IDs, manual handling of tools, Technical Reporting, Project planning,

 Being proactive in air compressors maintenance , (Alas Copco, ingersorrand etc)

 Preparing and follow up checklist in all air compressors and their parameters.

Workshop Duties:
 Maintenance of reciprocating centrifugal pumps (pumps and rotating equipments)
 Maintenance all kinds of diaphragm and jokey pumps.
 Conducting preventive maintenance plan to ensure pumps effectiveness.
 Preparing and follow up checklist.
 Studying pumps behaviors, sounds, and parameters during and after operation
 Carry out test on the pump and flow lines to avoid cavitations.
 Proper overhauling of pumps equipment in accordance with company procedures
3. Gas turbine specialist (NAOC) Land location
Position: gas turbine service engr. (mechanically)
Work shop Duties: frame 1, 3 and 5, Plant Respectively:
Having my combustion inspection (CI) when due, based on the turbine set points.
Taking total cognizant of fuel condition, fuel nozzle, liners etc
Carrying out my Hot Gas inspection (HGPI) when due, considering fuel status, fuel nozzle,
first stage nozzle and transition piece.
Carrying out my major inspection (MI) at the appropriate set point, which involved
inspection of all parts and accessories on CI, HGPI AND MI.
Preparing checklist which helps me to suspect faults and attend as appropriate.
Carrying out preventive maintenance plan (PMP) when due.
Good troubleshooting analyst (mechanically).
Proper overhauling of specific equipment in accordance with turbine structural pattern.
Always following on total replacement of parts when total damage, no amendment is aided to
avoid down time, and fire incident.
