3. How to Buy Essential Oils
 Choose 100% pure essential oils, these are not
the same thing:
 nature identical oil
 fragrance oil
 perfume oil
 Select essential oils in dark-colored glass
bottles that protect them from light.
 Avoid plastic bottles that can degrade oil
quality.
 Look for certified organic essential oils.

 One of the few essential oils that is in commercial products

 Add drops of lavender oil to vinegar to sanitize your
floors while leaving a great smell.

water. Add a few drops of lavender oil. Shake before
each use. Spray around your linens for a soothing fresh
scent that relaxes muscles and improves sleep.

 Anti-inflammatory for inflamed or itchy skin conditions
and sore muscles

 Suggested Uses
 Add several drops of calendula oil to a small vial of
organic olive oil for a soothing skin treatment or
massage oil for aching muscles.
 Melt a 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, then add several
drops of calendula oil. Pour into a small container with a
lid for use on minor scrapes, insect bites, and other skin
irritations.
