The owner, Nico Reyneke, has more than 23 years’ experience in the building industry and started out with a few trucks to help him clean and remove rubble from building sites. After many requests from building contractors and sites to rent his trucks, he become conscious of the fact that he never had his trucks to use for his own purpose, as someone else was always renting it. This was when he apprehended a need in the market for transport services delivered through customer services excellence at affordable rates. His fleet as well as his scope of practice expanded rapidly as DTC Services became well known as a transport company who can be relied on to deliver any commodity of any size on time.
Our Logistics Manager, Johan Small, joined the DTC – Team early 2014 and has already established many solid business relationships. Johan has 34 years’ experience in the transport industry as operations and logistics manager with Transnet and Bombardier SA.
Coming from different backgrounds, these two partners combined their skills and became this dynamic team that brings together a wealth of experience from a business and professional perspective.

Both principals have vast experience in the service industry and the knowledge gained in this environment affords the business an advantage in terms of providing service excellence.
Management has previous experience in the transport industry, fleet management, drivers, Logistic Management, Engineering, Project Management, accounts and Customer liaising.
DTC Services’ administrators, be it office, IT, Legal or financial, are highly skilled personnel with an eye to detail and a passion for doing all their duties accurate and timeous.
DTC Services has a good number of highly experienced personnel who all work well together as a team to overcome any obstacle to complete every project, big or small with the highest standard and quality. The team pride themselves on being professional, accountable and trustworthy. Where necessary, we will incorporate the services of various subcontractors with whom we have established outstanding working relationships and have proven their reliability and dedication to deliver a service on exceptional service.
Management ensures that everyone involved with each contract, understands the importance of road safety as well as general safety on sites and encourages workers to take pride in their personal protection equipment and to have a positive behavior with no compromise. Our drivers lead by example and discourage negative behavior towards safety standards. It is one of DTC Services’ top priorities to keep employees, subcontractors and the public save while transporting various commodities.
