POSITION SUMMARY:
To manage all aspects of the management information system relating to students and to
provide accurate, informative and accessible statistical data analysis to inform College
leaders in order to drive quality, raise standards and inform professional development
activities. All the activities are done by the computer based software CMS (Campus
Management System) on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly bases.
KEY DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine computer-based information management and processing needs and
schedules to meet these goals
Plan, develop, evaluate, and administer computer operations, including systems
support and maintenance for the smooth working
Time to time inform the management about the progress, needs and changing
requirements
Develop and modify department policies and procedures and make hiring
recommendations
Maintain and check existing information system
Develop and maintain an annual schedule of database activity
Install new systems and programs
Facilitate and guide sub-ordinates within the campus
Keep proper record of monthly attendance
Monthly development of fee structure
Arranging the exams activities
Once in a month printing of staff diary
Once in a year forecasting and arranging admissions
